Is the leather real?
Yes. The office chairs use genuine and top-grain leather, and the lounge chair uses top-grain Italian leather. Where a surface uses durable PU, such as a chair back, we say so on the product page.
How long does delivery take?
Most orders ship from the US within a few days and arrive in roughly 4 to 7 business days.
Are they comfortable?
The lounge chair has a fixed reclining angle, while the office models have different seat shapes, cushioning, and height and tilt controls. Comfort depends on your fit and preferences; check each product’s dimensions and customer reviews.
Does the lounge chair come with an ottoman?
Yes. Our Eames Lounge Chair and Ottoman (Premium Tall Version) includes both the chair and its matching ottoman. The price shown on the product page is for the complete set, so you won’t need to purchase the footrest separately.
Does the lounge chair recline, rock or swivel?
Our lounge chair has a fixed 105-degree sitting angle and a 360-degree swivel. You can turn toward a conversation or the television without moving the base, but the reclining angle stays the same.
It is not a rocking chair or an adjustable recliner. The matching ottoman supports your legs while you sit back.
Which leather colours and wood finishes can I choose?
Our lounge chair comes in black, pure white and ivory leather, with wood finishes including Walnut, Palisander, Dark Palisander and Ashwood.
Available pairings vary, so not every leather colour comes with every wood finish. Use the selector on the Lounge Chair product page to choose your preferred combination.
How much assembly does the lounge chair require?
Our lounge chair and ottoman require assembly. The necessary hardware and tools are included, and no special tools are needed.

What does the lounge chair’s warranty cover?
Our lounge chair comes with a five-year manufacturer’s warranty for product quality issues and defects, covering the hardware, aluminum base and wood structure.
Normal wear and tear, including scratches from everyday use on the leather or wood, is not covered. If something needs attention, contact our team with your order details and a description of the issue.
Can I return a chair after assembling it?
Our replica chairs must remain unassembled, new and unused to qualify for a return. Keep the original packaging and labels intact while deciding whether to keep your purchase.
You have 30 days after delivery to request a return. Contact us before sending anything back so we can confirm eligibility and provide instructions.

How should I care for the lounge chair’s leather and wood?
Dust regularly with a clean, soft cloth. When needed, use a slightly damp cloth and dry the surface afterwards. Wipe up spills promptly and avoid soaking the leather or wood.
Keep the chair away from high heat and prolonged direct sunlight. Take care with keys, metal buttons and other sharp objects that could scratch the finish. If using a foam leather cleaner, apply only a small amount without saturating the leather.
