Fantastic. I spent forever looking for an office chair and this Eames Soft Pad is the one. Seriously, it feels amazing to sit in, like royalty. When I have to sit in other chairs for meetings I feel bad for everyone else. It looks great and is super comfy, I can't imagine my workday without it now.

The leather feels incredibly soft and premium. It's got this perfect sweet spot of feeling supportive without being too hard.
