By placing an order through Daedalus Designs you are agreeing to the terms below. We set these policies to ensure that you are fully aware of our refund and return methods and procedures.

A. 30-DAY RETURN POLICY

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return for the cases below:

In case of a defective product, then please send us unboxing video(s) and photos of the damaged product. We will bear the total cost of the case and send you a new item at no additional cost.

Due to fraudulent activities by malicious actors from previous orders, unboxing video(s) is mandatory to report a defective product as evidence. Without unboxing video(s) as proof, we have the right to reject your claim.

If you have ordered the wrong product and want to exchange then return shipping charges are your responsibility.

For buyer’s remorse or customer’s change of mind, the customers are responsible for paying for the return shipping fee.

Orders that are still in transit to your address are not eligible for a refund.

B. RETURN PROCESS

To return your product, the items must not be assembled and the original outer packaging must be in acceptable condition for resale. Items that have been assembled by customers are not eligible for a return / refund. Please pack your items back to the original packaging for a return. The outer packaging must not be damaged. Otherwise, our warehouse will refuse to accept your return.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

C. DAMAGED AND WRONG PRODUCTS OR ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

D. EXCHANGES

E. RESTOCKING FEE

We do not charge a restocking fee on returns.

F. REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
