Returns & Refunds Policy
A. 30-DAY RETURN POLICY
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.
If you have found a defective product, please send us a picture of the damaged product. We will process a replacement.
If you have ordered the wrong product and want to exchange then return shipping charges are your responsibility.
Orders that are still in transit to your address are not eligible for a refund.
B. RETURN PROCESS
To start a return, you can contact us at [email protected] or call us at +15622692768. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
B.1 PRODUCT CONDITIONS ALLOWED FOR RETURNS
- The item must be new, unused, and in original packaging with labels intact
- Receipt of purchase and image of the original product’s packaging must be present
B.2 RESTOCKING FEE
There’s no restocking fee for most products unless stated otherwise in the individual product page.
B.3 RETURN LABEL
For US orders, we will send you a return label to download and print. For international orders, you’re responsible for arranging and paying the return shipping.
C. DAMAGED AND WRONG PRODUCTS OR ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
To return your product, you should contact us by email.
D. REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
The refund processing time is around 10 days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
