Our Fine Art prints are printed, checked, and shipped from our local facility in the US as well as in Asia and Europe to cover sales in the respective regions.

Our professional team has over 70 years of experience printing high-quality art. This way, we can make sure that everything from the canvas choice, printing quality, and packaging process is just perfect each time.

Where do you ship to?

We ship to US, Canada, Europe, Australia, New Zealand, and Asian countries. If you have any questions, please reach out to us.

How do you ship the art?

For rolled canvas, it will be delivered rolled in a protective tube.

If a frame is added, our fulfillment team will professionally frame your artwork before it is shipped. It will come ready to hang.

When will you ship my order?

Speed is our priority. Your order goes into production within 24 hours, and most orders are delivered within 5-9 business days. If an order is placed on Friday or during the weekend, it will be handled on the following Monday. Please allow 2-3 business days of handling time for prints and 4-6 business days for our professionally framed prints.

Do I get a tracking link?

All shipments are fully trackable, and a tracking link is provided to you in your shipping confirmation. If you haven’t received your art within 9 business days, feel free to use our Track Order – service. Please make sure to contact us within 30 days of when your order was made, at the latest, otherwise we can’t make claims or investigate the shipment with the freight company.

What are the shipping costs?

We offer FREE Shipping on all orders above $89 USD. If you place an order for less, we have to charge a flat rate shipping fee of $6.95 USD to cover some of the cost for the shipping.

I'm really happy with this purchase. The design is timelessly elegant, and the yellow color is absolutely beautiful. The finish quality is excellent too. I bought it specifically for my home decor and books, which is perfect for my needs. One thing to note though, you'll want to add some protection on both sides where the door mechanics touch the panels, just to keep everything looking pristine. The delivery experience was great. They were flexible with scheduling, super friendly, and brought it all the way up to my living room without any hassle.

This is such an amazing piece of furniture. The versatility is unreal you could use it in a bedroom, living room, home office, literally anywhere. It's incredibly sturdy and looks absolutely fantastic. Assembly is pretty straightforward, but fair warning, you'll need some patience and definitely a second person to help. I'm using mine in my home office right now, and it's everything I wanted. It's beautiful to look at, super practical for my needs, and the build quality is excellent. Really couldn't ask for more!

Eames Lounger Review

I ordered my chair on a Friday night so it wasn’t processed until the following Monday, which is understandable. Once it was processed Daedalus communicated regularly with updates on my order and provided shipping details. I was able to track my packages through Fedex and I received my order the Monday after. From the time the label was created til Fedex delivered was about 4 days.

The chair itself was very well packaged and there was a minimum of non-recyclable material used. Essentially the packaging was all heavy duty cardboard with only one styrofoam piece for holding the bases and other metal components.

Sitting on top in the larger box is a simple instruction sheet, with a list of the hardware. The hardware itself is blister packed so there are no little bags that force you to sort and count the nuts, bolts and screws. All the hardware is clearly marked. I found the instruction sheet very clear and had no difficulty following it.

I was able to assemble the chair and ottoman alone in about an hour, though your mileage may vary. I was working with a handicap of being 70 years old, short, overweight, and suffering from mild asthma. While it can be done, I would recommend that you try and find someone to help you. Attaching the back by myself was rather tricky and induced a couple of Tourettes Syndrome-like bouts of violent swearing. The only other challenging part of the assembly was correctly angling the screws to attach the leather armrests.

The assembly was aided by the fact that that the pieces were all very well machined. Screws and screw holes matched up. The screws and the nuts built into the furniture were well machined, so things went together properly and nothing is wonky or off kilter, and there was no struggling to force pieces to fit together.

As I said the hardware was well packed and all the components were in the package. The only confusion I suffered was that there are 9 bolts marked M in the package. 8 are together in one section, and the 9th is in its own, in a spot below the Alan wrench. Also, the small washer in my pack managed to work it’s way under the blister pack and went to visit friends in on of the other bubbles. If I had it to do over, I would set up containers marked with post-it notes and separate all the hardware to get an accurate head count.

As for the chair, I am very pleased. The leather seems to be good quality and soft. The seat swivels properly once assembled. The finish on the wood looks good and the feet on both the chair and the ottoman are sturdy and look as though they will stand up nicely.

Read the description of the chair and be aware. The seat does not go up and down, it only swivels. It is a lounge chair and you cannot change the angle of the seat so you will always be in a semi-reclined position, perfect for napping. And the chair is low. If you don’t like/have a difficult time getting in and out of low furniture, this is not the chair for you. If you are inherently lazy like me, it is the perfect chair for, reading, watching tv or indulging in the afore mentioned napping.

Is this a Knoll chair? No. However for a fraction of the price of a Knoll chair, it puts a comfy, sturdy and attractive chair in the homes of people who cannot afford or don’t want to spend 10 grand on a chair. The proportions seem to be correct, the build is good so I would rate it as a good copy of the original for people who want a mid-century piece but don’t have a budget that stretches to that far. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend both the chair and Daedalus.

As a severe sciatica sufferer for nearly four years, stemming from two herniated discs and muscle tightness/nerve inflammation, I've used an inversion table daily, tried all sorts of pills, and completed four months of twice-weekly physical therapy. I hesitated to buy this, figuring it would be another waste of money, but after three weeks of use (15 minutes/night), I can say that today was the first day this year that I didn't think about my sciatica. I'm officially a believer! Even just the heat and vibration are so nice, since I can't easily reach my back with my percussion massager. I did go against the instructions once and went over the 30-minute timing, and was in so much pain afterward that I couldn't get myself off the floor, so please read the pamphlet before using!
