    Dealing with newly diagnosed osteoarthritis in my knees. Hard to find best, most comfortable position using this pillow. I like it best while resting awake rather than sleeping-the curved edges are not comfortable unless my leg remains in position. The strap will keep it on your leg, but too loose to keep in place. Worth trying for elevation relief, but I will keep looking for a sleep solution.

    Knee pillow is a quality product with a durable, soft cover. Strap to hold in place is another nice feature.

    I feel that this helps me! I am trying to prevent bad hip issues for the future that I feel the beginnings of now. It's very comfy to sleep with as a side sleeper. I don't notice it throughout the night as I turn but I guess I'm not the lightest sleeper. It's perfect!

    I have chronic SI and pelvic pain, made worse by my side-lying habits during sleep. I had grown tired of messing around with different sized pillows between my knees and keeping them in place was annoying. This little pillow has been a god send! It stays in place thanks to the strap, relieves my pain and allows me to actually sleep without distraction! Easy to remove, wash and recover the foam pillow. Highly recommend!

    Love this product. I have been sleeping with a pillow between my knees for years. Didn't think this would make a big difference but it has! So much easier!! I roll around and no longer have to "adjust" the pillow. Just wish band wasn't so tight. Hoping it'll last for a long time!

    I'm glad I got this. My knees are so boney that they would bruise. I did blankets and regular pillows between my knees but as I move in my sleep it didn't work effectively. It took me a few nights to get used to this but I love it.
