    I was having a lot of hip pain and since using this I have not had any pain. Very comfortable, curve of the pillow is really nice and the strap is great so when I turn i dont have to worry about it slipping out.

    After struggling for months with sciatica I was willing to give this pillow a try. It's well made, has a zipper for easy laundering of the soft fabric cover and an elastic band to keep the pillow in place on the thigh. However, one must take into consideration the ability to get used to this kind of pillow between the knees...and be able to fall sleep. I tried and then finally gave up ...the pillow is comfortable but just not for me. Coincidentally my sciatica is resolving itself, so unless it gets worse, I may not be using this after all.... but it may work for those who are ready to take this step.

    The common pillows with the U-recesses didn't work great, because they were the same thickness throughout. I like how this one tapers, works much better for me. It is very firm, so holds up well, but may not be the plushest experience.

    Bought this as a gift for my daughter. She has lower back issues and restless leg when trying to sleep. She really likes it but doesn't use the strap to attach to ones leg. She says it caused her to trip and fall once when she had to get up and potty and forgot it was attached to her. Even though it was funny and didn't hurt herself, she did make quick not not to attach it again.

    It fits quite well. I thought it might be too thick but it's not. It stays in place even without the strap but the strap positively secures it in place. It also is a great aid to my lower back debacle. I had back surgery many years ago. I was promised a normal life. Not! The pain in my lower back in the mornings hampers my ability to walk. This little pillow helps to keep my spine even while I am sleeping. I have less pain and I can walk without my cane in the mornings.
