    I'm a side sleep. It aligns knees and legs for less discomfort. I don't like the strap. I would suggest clips on both ends to make the strap removable. Older adults need to get up a night for bathroom breaks. Having the strap around your leg hinders this process.

    I received this item yesterday, I used it last night and what a difference!!!!! I have a horrible hip/leg pain due to a martial arts injury and I felt ZERO pain throughout the night. I slept like a baby. I didn't feel any back discomfort either. I love it! I'm buying one for my hubby and for my dad who has knee and back issues. I recommend 100%

    I've struggled with intermittent sciatica for over 15 years, which started during my pregnancy. The only temporary relief I found was through massage therapy. I was a bit doubtful when I purchased this pillow because I've tried others in the past without success. Now, I can confidently say this one truly works! It's too early to tell the long-term results, but I'm hopeful and excited at the prospect of managing daily activities without pain medication. The only hiccup was when I first tried to replace the cover and couldn't remember how I removed it, but customer support was quick to assist.

    This pillow has become an important part of my sleep. It's easy to wear and I'm thankful for the strap. I'm a side sleeper and the pillow aligns my hips and legs so the are supported and comfy. It also reduces my knee pain by separating my knees so they aren't putting pressure on each other. I wake up with less pain and better rested. I take this pillow with me when I travel. It's been a big help for a better night's rest!
