    This is a great product!! I've been having back/hip issues. This little pillow actually keeps your hips in line when lying on your side. It takes a couple nights of getting use to it. But it really works.

    Pre back surgery and post back surgery from herniated disc have needed a throw pillow between my knees/legs to sleep to relieve back pain. However the pillows are too big or have to wake up every time I turn over to place pillow again this product has been a game changer. !! Perfect size , great shape that contours, and the strap is wonderful!! Highly recommend this product!

    Was having issues with my knee and low back on one side. This supported and aligned myself while sleeping. I have greatly diminished aches since using this product. The strap helps keep it in place so you do not fall back into your old non supported position. This has been a very good purchase. :)

    This pillow helped me right away. It says it takes a week, but I felt relief on the 2nd night and forward. Side sleeper here....I was waking up with low back pain that made me wince with certain movements. I previously slept with a pillow between my knees, but it would wake me up repositioning it with slight movements. This one stays in place and is minimal but just the right amount of support. I'm in awe actually that I keep waking up without pain. Yeah!
