    I really like the design size, and, mostly, the comfort of this knee rest. My only 2 complaints are that I wish they'd chosen a more soft fabric and had "hidden" the zipper better because the fabric is a bit "scratchy" and the zippers can be an irritant if you done place the cushion carefully. Also, I think that hidden zippers would be less likely to be rubbed and moved by natural movements into opening. Other than that this is, basically, THE MOST COMFORTABLE knee pad that I have ever used! My left knee, which has a torn meniscus, has had some pain reduction and it's also helpful to use while sitting in my recliner while watching TV.

    Not quite as comfortable as other brands but MUCH easier to remove the cover to launder and to reinsert the pillow.

    I very infrequently write product reviews, but it was really difficult for me to find the right knee pillow, so I wanted to add my review of this product, in the hope that it will help someone in their selection. I have tried lots of different knee pillows, and as a small framed woman, I found most of them too big and cumbersome. I also move around a lot during my sleep, and I wanted something that would move with me. I had been using the Palli Partners knee pillow for years, and although I like it and it does help, it doesn't provide enough cushioning. So although my knees are not uncomfortable, my body is out of alignment and I wake up in back pain. So, I've been exploring other options, and I wanted something not too big, with a wide, adjustable strap. I had a wonderful night's sleep with this pillow last night, and my back feels better than it has in years. I'm so glad I bought it!
