Order Processing:

Normal order processing can take between 1-2 business days (Monday – Friday).

Order Tracking:

Once your order is picked up by the carrier at our warehouse, an email notification with tracking information will be sent to the registered email address on your order. It may take up to 24 hours before the tracking information becomes available on the carrier’s website.

Backorder Items:

Out-of-stock items can be added to the shopping cart. Once an order is checked out, in-stock items on the order will be charged and shipped within 2 to 3 business day, and out-of-stock items will be provided with an approximate lead time.

Parcel Shipments:

We ship smaller, lighter items such as faucets, accessories, and kitchen sinks via courier or mail (e.g. UPS, FedEx, or USPS).

You’ll receive a notification as soon as the order ships. It can take up to 24 hours for the tracking number to be registered/scanned in the carrier’s system. This could prevent the visibility to your shipment.

A signature is not required, therefore any shipment delivered when there is no available person to sign for the shipment will be left at the front door.

LTL Shipments:

At Daedalus Designs, we attempt to provide the absolute best shipping prices possible for customers.

All LTL shipments are curbside delivery at no cost to the customer. Oversized items such as bathroom vanities, or other items exceeding 155 pounds will ship via LTL (less-than-truckload) shipment.

The carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment, and a person must arrange a 4-6 hours delivery window, and be available at the time of delivery to sign for the shipment.

The delivery agent will unload the item(s) and place it on the curb outside your home or shipping address. You may want to ask a family member or friend for an extra hand to move it. Additional charges may apply for rescheduled delivery, or if the shipment is refused without valid reason.

For other extra delivery options such as White Glove or Threshold Delivery, customers may contact us to request a quote prior to purchase. Persons 18 years of age or older must be present to accept and sign for the delivery.

Actions to Damaged Packages:

Before signing for the shipment and releasing the driver, please carefully inspect the shipment for any visible damage. Open the boxes and inspect the products (Countertops, sinks, etc.) for damages or missing parts. If damages are found, reject the shipment and ask the driver to take it back immediately, and note the “damages”on the Delivery Bill before signing for the shipment and releasing the driver. Contact us within 24 hours of receiving or refusing a damaged shipment for further instructions.

Signature Confirmation:

Some small parcel orders may require a signature at the time of delivery. If a signature is required, the carrier will make three delivery attempts, excluding weekends and holidays. Carriers will not deliver unless they acquire a signature.

For oversized shipments, a person 18 years of age or older must be present at the delivery to sign for the shipment.

Additional Shipping Charges:

Special areas that require special delivery services, such as Guam, Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, etc., are subject to extra shipping fees.

Products that are eligible for returns

Products that are unused and in its original packaging are eligible for return within 30 days of receipt.

Products that are not eligible for returns

Products that had been installed, altered, or modified in any way are not eligible for returns, replacements, or refunds.

Products that are marked as non-returnable or discontinued cannot be returned.

Return Procedure

Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted. No exceptions.

You are responsible for the shipping cost to return the product.

Refunds will be issued by the original method of payment only after Water Creation receives the returned product in its original condition in its original packaging.

Damage Policy

All products shipped to you are carefully packaged to help ensure that you receive the products in excellent condition.

Upon receipt, please inspect the package carefully. For large products that are shipped by LTL (less than truckload) freight, please carefully examine the product before signing off on the product and releasing the driver.

For damaged products received by parcel shipment (UPS, FedEx), please contact Water Creation within 3 business days to arrange for return or exchange.

If damages are found for products shipped by LTL freight, please refuse the shipment by noting the damage on the Delivery Form (POD) and ask the driver to take it back.

Water Creation products are warranted to be free of defects in material and workmanship for one (1) year from the date of purchase. The warranty commences from the initial date of purchase by the owner or trade professional, from an authorized Water Creation dealer, through the one (1) year term of the original owner or end-user. Water Creation will, at its discretion, repair, replace, or make appropriate arrangements to rectify such defects which occurred from normal usage within the one year. Water Creation is not responsible for any inspection, installation, modification, removal, or labor costs associated.

This warranty does not cover products exposed to improper use / installation / conditions or abuse in any way. “Improper use or conditions” includes, but is not limited to, damage from mishandling or misuse, damage from excessive heat, exposure to UV light, physical or chemical abuse, acid etching, staining or damage from improper care and maintenance or damage from chipping, cracking, impact damage or breaking due to customer abuse, normal wear and tear or acts of nature (such as, but not limited to, stains, scratches or chips). Water Creation is not responsible for any inspection, installation, removal, or labor costs associated.

Water Creation reserves the right to replace defective material with other similar materials in the event that the product protected under this warranty has been discontinued. Water Creation does not replace products resulting from damages occurring after delivery; during installation or storage of the product; improper storage/handling; water temperatures in excess of 150°; use of abrasive or improper cleaners or chemicals.

PRODUCT FINISH ONE-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY

All product finishes offered by Water Creation carry a One (1) Year Limited Warranty against defects, with the exception of Polished Chrome, which carry a Limited Lifetime Warranty against defect. Physical damages and damages caused by accident, misuse, abuse or improper cleaning products are not covered by the warranty. Water Creation is not responsible for any inspection, installation, removal, or labor costs associated.

FAUCET LIFETIME LIMITED WARRANTY

Water Creation warrants its faucets to be leak and drip free during normal residential use for as long as the original purchaser owns the home. Water Creation warrants the mechanical component (cartridge) of the product to be free from defects in material and workmanship from the initial date of purchase by the owner or trade professional, from an authorized Water Creation dealer, through the lifetime term of the original owner or end-user. If the faucet should leak or drip from normal use, Water Creation will mail the replacement cartridge necessary to put the faucet in good working condition free of charge. Water Creation is not responsible for any inspection, installation, removal, or labor costs associated.

STAINLESS-STEEL SINK LIFETIME LIMITED WARRANTY

Water Creation warrants its Stainless-Steel Sinks to be free of defects in material and workmanship during normal residential use for as long as the original purchaser owns the home. Water Creation will, at its discretion, repair, replace, or make appropriate arrangements to rectify such defects which occurred from normal usage within the time that the original purchaser owns the home. Scratching, gloss-reduction, acid buildup, staining, and other issues occurred from use over time are not defects but are results from normal wear and tear, and thus not covered by the warranty. Water Creation is not responsible for any inspection, installation, removal, or labor costs associated.

Note: All products are made of naturally variable raw materials. Differences in grain character and color among wood and stone minerals are naturally occurring variants and are not within the control of the manufacturer nor considered defects under this warranty.

Therefore, it cannot be construed as defective, damaged, or product being given incorrectly.

Not even a single flaw

Oh man, I am seriously thrilled with my new chair! I've always wanted a Herman Miller, but let's face it, my bank account can't handle that kind of expense. Luckily, I found a great alternative at 10% of the cost and I can't even find a single flaw. I completely checked over all the components and everything seems to be top-notch. The only thing I noticed during assembly was that some of the holes were a bit off, but I just took my time and carefully started each bolt before tightening them down. I was able to put it all together myself, except for the back, that required a second person to hold it in place. But even my 6 year-old was able to help out, so it wasn't too tough. Just a heads up, the instructions seem out of order, but my recommendation is to start with attaching the seat to the base before moving on to the armrests and back. Very beautiful wood finish and the leather quality is top notch. Highly recommended. That's all I can say lol

Far exceed my expectation

I absolutely adore art and aesthetics, so when I saw this handmade chair, I was in awe. I have always been a fan of the original design; however, this one has definitely exceeded my expectations! It's perfectly designed to my height, unlike many recliners, and is so well-crafted! It feels great, looks gorgeous, and is so cozy to relax in. Just what I was hoping for! Even the assembly process was easy. All I needed was a little assistance with bolting the back on. I am very happy with my purchase. It's real leather and looks so lovely. Comfort is definitely the name of the game!

Fantastic quality for the price

I've had my eye on an Eames chair for a long time, but I could never justify the cost of the original. When I found this chair, though, I couldn't believe how perfect it was for the price! It's even better than I expected it to be. This tall version has the ideal height for the headrest. The quality and comfort of this chair are incredible and assembly was straightforward. I put it together in about 30-45 minutes by myself. If you're debating whether or not to buy it, I strongly suggest you go for it. You won't be disappointed!

Super cozy and sturdy

My wife was so excited when her new suede sofa arrived, perfect for our new living room! It's incredibly comfortable, like sinking into a cloud, and you could easily drift off in minutes. Plus, it's sturdier than an average bean bag, offering excellent ergonomic support. It even comes in a large box as the sofa is super big and is free-standing so you don't need to lean it against a wall. What a cozy addition to our room! I'm planning to buy another one once we finish the remodeling. UPDATE - just bought another white suede! Now we have 2!
