1. General
By purchasing the Daedalus Designs Insider Program, you acknowledge and agree to the following binding agreement between you, the Buyer, and Daedalus Designs (the Company). Please read the below in full. The membership fee is non refundable. If you are purchasing this program on behalf of a Company, you affirm that you have the legal right to accept agreements on behalf of the company with which you are affiliated.
2. Membership Program Scope
The Daedalus Designs Insider Program costs $19.95 USD and offers the following services for a one (1) year (365 day) period only:

✔ Early and private access to Daedalus Designs New Collections
✔ Members-only exclusive promotions
✔ Priority customer support from our super-friendly agent
3. Purchase Procedure
To complete sign-up to the Daedalus Designs Insider Program, follow this link and purchase the product entitled “Daedalus Designs Insider Pass.” You will receive your own custom code via email after the purchase. Remember to check your Spam Folder. If you do not receive your code, contact customer support at hello@daedalusdesigns.co.
You must manually enter your discount code at check-out during the 365 day membership period. This code must be used every time you place your order during the membership period or the discount will not be applied.
If you forget your coupon code, either email hello@daedalusdesigns.co with subject "Insider Program Coupon Code + Your Email and Last Name."
4. Explanation of Benefits
The following applies to the benefits offered under “Membership Program Scope” above.
15% Discount. You will receive a 15% discount applied at checkout for ALL item(s) during the 365 day membership period. The member discount is applied only if you use the personal code you will receive via email within the first 24 hours of Insider membership purchase.
Sales. If the website is offering a sale to all non-Insider customers, then Insiders will receive an additional 15% discount on top of the sale discount.
Early & Private Access. As an Insider, you will be the first to have access to our newest collections before anyone else. This ensures that the inventory is reserved to our Insiders.
Members-only exclusive promotions. Throughout the year, you will receive various exclusive promotions via email available only for our Insiders. Make sure you add our email (hello@daedalusdesigns.co) to your contact so you don't miss the promotions.
Priority customer support. As an Insider, you will receive priority support from our customer service team.
5. Limitations
Membership is subject to the following limitations.
- This is not an auto-renewing membership and must be purchased again at the end of or prior to expiration of the 365 day calendar year. The Customer is responsible for ensuring this membership is renewed prior to purchasing.
- Transfer and Assignment. Membership in the Daedalus Designs Insider Program is not transferrable to any other individual, group, company, or agency. The discount code itself is the property of Daedalus Designs and is issued to the buyer under a limited licensure for the duration of the membership period. Transferring this code to a non-authorized recipient(s) is a violation of these terms and may result in a non-refundable revocation of the buyer’s membership or legal action at the discretion of the Company. Codes may only be shared within a single family unit living in the same domicile not to exceed four (4) persons or with no more than four (4) of a single Company’s officers, contractors, or employees in the execution of their official business for said company.
- Relationship to Company. Membership does not confer upon the buyer any rights of ownership, contract, or employment in relation to Daedalus Designs and its affiliates. Members of the Insider Program remain customers and subject only to the rights and preferences outlined under the section titled “Membership Program Scope” above.
6. Exceptions
Exceptions to the above terms and conditions are binding on the customer and are not alterable without express written permission from a Daedalus Designs Company Officer.
7. Whole Agreement
The above constitutes the whole agreement and may be altered at any time by Daedalus Designs without notice. If the program terms are altered by Daedalus Designs in such a way that would in the sole discretion of the Company significantly impact program benefits, then the Company will notify the Buyer via email 14 business days prior to the change taking effect.
